How physically fit do I need to be?
It depends on the tour! Our Easy tours like Hunza Valley and Murree are suitable for all fitness levels. Trekking tours require moderate fitness. The K2 Base Camp Trek demands high fitness and trekking experience. We clearly rate each tour's difficulty.

What currency is used and how do I pay?
Pakistan uses Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Tours can be booked and paid in USD, EUR, or GBP via bank transfer or online payment. We require a 30% deposit to confirm booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure.
What should I pack for Northern Pakistan?
Essentials include layered clothing (temperatures vary dramatically from valley floors to high altitudes), sturdy trekking boots, sunscreen SPF 50+, sunglasses, a warm jacket, and a portable power bank. Our team sends a full packing checklist upon booking confirmation.
Are your tours suitable for children and families?

Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount, and groups of 12+ receive 15% off our standard rates. We also offer special pricing for educational institutions, corporate retreats, and NGO travel. Contact us to discuss group-specific packages.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations 15–29 days prior receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable but credit can be transferred to a future booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
